Use of this site (myEQi.com) is voluntary. myEQi will not be held liable for any damages, technical, financial or otherwise by visiting this site or using its services. Further, by participating in the purchase of services, you agree that you are of legal age or that you have parental consent. You also acknowledge that you understand that all services are provided in American English.Results
Your results are viewed only by those responsible for their preparation and for delivery of feedback/interpretation to you. All information is regarded as confidential. Following your Interpretation Session, all copies of your reports are shredded. Your results are maintained in myEQi's and Multi-Health System’s databases, strictly on an anonymous basis, for use in any future research that would involve the Bar-On EQ-i® .
Privacy
All information shared with your administration professional is confidential and subject to rules regarding privileged communication between qualified professional and client. If any aspect of your results is discussed with others who are not directly involved in the provision of feedback, such as for consultation or teaching purposes, no identifying information is disclosed.
Exceptions to Confidentiality
There are four situations in which reporting is compulsory by law:
Suspicion of child abuse
Indication of intent to commit suicide or physical harm to others
Indication of previous or present sexual abuse by any other Regulated Health Professional
Subpoena by the court
By taking the assessment, you are indicating your understanding and acceptance of the above information and you agree to permit myEQi to view the results generated from your responses to the Bar-On EQ-i® in order to provide you with an interpretation on your profile.
