What kind of computer do I need for the online consultation?
myEQi assessments can be delivered whether you use a Mac or PC.
What are the system requirements?
The minimum system requirements are: A Mac or PC with a high-speed internet connection (eg., T1, DSL or Cable Modem), a web browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer, the free Adobe Flash Player and the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to read PDF files. Though not required, it may be helpful to have a printer so that you may print out worksheets and documents for your records. Please note: if you are doing a 360 or Team consultation, each machine used must have these minimum requirements.
Can I use Skype for the online Interpretation Session instead of a regular phone?
Absolutely! After you purchase your plan, email us your user id and we will Skype you at the specified time and date. If you don't have Skype but want to use it, you will need a headset (microphone and headphones) and a FREE Skype account*.

Pricing and Payment
What forms of payment does myEQi accept?
At this time myEQi accepts only Paypal, which allows users to pay by credit card or bank account.
I know which myEQi report I want to buy. How do I pay for it?
On the Get My Report page, you will see a button to add a report to your shopping cart. Click that button and a new window showing your PayPal shopping cart will open. Complete the checkout instructions. Once you receive a confirmation from PayPal, your payment has gone through and a myEQi representative will contact you shortly after.
Paypal is the exclusive payment processor for MyEQi.com.
Paypal accepts any major credit card even if you don't have a Paypal account
You will be redirected to Paypal's secure checkout site when you click the "Add to Cart" or "View Cart" buttons
Paypal will send you payment confirmation by email
We will contact you soon after payment is received with instuctions to take your online assessment and to schedule your interpretation session
Does myEQi provide special pricing if I order more than one report?
Yes, bulk pricing is available, please contact us with specifics and we will send you a custom quote.
